You hope you have a valid warranty claim on your mattress, what’s involved in evaluating it?

Making a warranty claim on your mattress

Your mattress is sagging, bumpy or even making noises (very rare) what should you do?  Warranties are always offered and validated by the manufacturer of your mattress not by the retailer that delivered your bed. If you’re a Nine Clouds Beds customer we can help lead you through the process.

 

There are a few conditions that are sure to void your claim, so be careful.

 

1)If you have not used a proper center support bed frame with a queen size mattress and box

2)If your mattress is soiled in any way.

3)If you have not used a proper functioning box spring and it is held at cause girls your mattress problem.

4)If you do not have a copy of your invoice to show how long you have owned your bed.

Every manufacturer has tolerance of sagging above which a warranty claim is allowed, usually 1.75"-2". 

Owners are responsible for taking their mattress back to the plant in which it was made and subsequently returning it back to their bedroom.
