All orders for custom sizes are made as a "Final Sale” so you need to be very sure of the dimensions you want (the manufacturers we represent will make your custom mattress as close as they can to your requested size without going over).

You also need to be sure of the comfort level (firmness) because this can’t be changed at a later date. If you're unsure of the right comfort level it's usually best to choose a model on the firmer side because you can always buy an aftermarket mattress topper to soften the comfort level. You can't properly make a mattress harder if you find it too soft although it is possible to buy firm toppers they will not last as long if put on top of a very soft mattress.
