The most common mattress sizes in Dubai are similar to those in Europe and North America, (100% not true North American sizes are different and measured in inches) but dimensions may vary slightly between manufacturers. The standard sizes include:

• Single (90 x 190 cm)
• Double (140 x 190 cm)
• Queen (152 x 190 cm)
• King (183 x 190 cm)
• California King (183 x 213 cm)

It's worth noting that in Dubai, the United States and Canada, the term "King" is used to refer to a mattress that measures 76 inches (193 cm) wide by 80 inches (203 cm) long (true in Canada & the U.S. but not in Dubai), which is slightly smaller than the standard European king size which is 160 x 200 cm. (Comical that the AI thinks 193cm x 203cm is smaller than 160cm x 200 cm)
