I received a “contact us” email a few weeks ago from a family moving from France to Mississauga. Given the art form that email-phishing tactics have turned into I was somewhat suspicious. 

The subsequent back and forth completely allayed that worry (in fact I just heard back from them as I am writing this and will be taking care of their needs by opening early tomorrow morning after they pick up their keys to their new home).

We have also left a couple of hours open at the end of our delivery day schedule for my team to return to the warehouse to pick up the chosen purchases and then deliver and set them up in North Mississauga tomorrow.
