A friend messaged me the other day asking for help to make an important business client more comfortable in their downtown Toronto hotel room. They were used to very firm mattresses and what they found in the hotel room was very much the opposite of that.

We had an opening in our delivery run sheet between 11-1 today in the core of the city so I suggested that they call me to discuss what the word firm meant to them (it is vastly different from person to person).

I had a mattress in mind before they called and after our little chit chat described the average person who bought this model they added to my description “like the mattresses you find in a hotel in Japan?” I answered yes and they responded instantly “that’s the mattress for me!”

We have never had this request and likely never will again but if you are in a business crunch we are open 355 days a year in West Mississauga and we'll do our best to help.
