We didn’t see many customers yesterday.

I came in early on Sunday like I often do to catch up on paperwork and answered a phone call from an excited potential customer who spotted a great deal on a split king adjustable bed on our website. Lucy was even more interested after our phone call ended and told me I would see her and her husband by noon.

They did arrive within a couple of hours and as we started to write up an invoice I asked if Thursday would be good for delivery because we were already going to be in the general vicinity of Hamilton. “Sounds good as we both work nearby” my wife is a public school teacher and Paul told me he worked at Mohawk College close by. I broadly smiled and asked if he knew my sister in law Janet who teaches there? He insta-answered “Yes I do, and she is awesome”.

That made me more happy than any sale I have made in a long time because I agree.
