I got asked this question earlier today (for the first time) by a couple who had just sold their home and are moving to a condo in Waterdown in August. The couple who bought their house also wanted to buy their split king adjustable bed that is still in good working condition after two decades (it was made by Leggett and Platt who make all our adjusatble beds as well).

I agreed that $2000 was a good price for them and the purchaser and when the deal is done they will return to but a brand new split king supreme adjustable and it will be just like they saved all that money off our sale price of $5298.
