Yes, some manufacturers do make queen over queen size bunk beds. (100% true).

These beds are typically custom-made and can be more expensive than traditional twin over twin or full over full bunk beds. (They are not custom they are made to order (so not in stock) by our supplier).

Some manufacturers that offer queen over queen bunk beds include custom furniture makers and some high-end furniture retailers. (I don't know of any budget makers of queen over queen size bunks, our our solid hardwood yellow pine).
