Yes, flippable mattresses are still available. These types of mattresses have two sides that can be used, with one side typically featuring a firmer support layer and the other a softer comfort layer. (actually not true most of them have the same support on each side so that the customer gets the added benefit of longer life in the comfort level they like the most). Flipping the mattress allows for both sides to be used, prolonging the life of the mattress. Many manufacturers still make flippable mattresses, and they can be found in a variety of materials such as innerspring, foam, and hybrid. (not many manufacturers do because they want to save production costs)
