Are you trying to decide between a home hospital bed and an adjustable bed?
Nov. 08, 2020

We have displayed both in our Mississauga Ontario showroom for years and can talk you through that decision.

The most obvious differences are that a home hospital bed comes with side rails that are securely fastened to the bed (simply not possible on an adjustable bed I have been offered) and that a home hospital bed allows you to raise or lower the height of the sleeping surface (mattress height from the floor) when needed. This is important because the best height from the floor to get into a home hospital bed is often different than the height that makes it easiest to get out.
