Model-Specific Questions

Nine Clouds currently showcases nine different European-size mattress models. For the 180 x 200 cm (EU Super King) size, could you please confirm:

• Which models are currently available in this specific size? (All those listed on the website with new models added occasionally)
• What are the current sale prices for each model in 180 x 200 cm? (Sale pricing is listed for each model)
• Could you also outline the main differences between our best latex models — Northern Lights, Darkness Falls, Heaven Sent, and Moonshadow. (Largest difference is how much support is felt through the latex layers which are always closest to the top cover)

Delivery & In-Store Experience

• Do we offer delivery across Canada, or only within certain regions? (We can ship anywhere on the continent of North America.)
• Is there an option for in-store pickup to save on delivery costs? (Yes you certainly pick up at the store)
• Can customers try our mattresses in-store before placing an online order? (Yes you can visit our showroom open six days a week)

European Bedding Compatibility

• Do we also carry European-size bedding (sheets, duvets, etc.) suitable for 180 x 200 cm mattresses? (Yes we can have complete sheet sets made in any metric size)

Custom Options

• We mention offering custom sizes — is there flexibility if a customer’s frame is slightly different from 180 x 200 cm? (Yes you can change the dimensions modestly at no extra charge)
• Are there custom firmness options available on any of our models? ( No, other than the Gibraltar that comes in two firmneses  

Two-Sided Models

• For models described as “two-sided,” do these require regular flipping, and how does that affect the warranty or longevity of the mattress? (Flip at least once a year twice is recommended. Also rotate from head to toe at least once a year)
