Not every mattress will work on an adjustable bed because they need to safely bend (and straighten back out) to follow the contour on you electric bed base. There are a number of spring mattresses, like many of the pocket coils from Serta, that will work well but the best choices are those made of memory foam or latex and have no spring at all.
