What is a twin adjustable bed?

People often call or visit the showroom and tell us they are looking for a twin adjustable bed but what they really want is a split king. They are calling it a twin because they want two beds, one for each partner which makes complete sense. A twin is actually just one bed that's 38" x 74".

Whatis a twin xl adjustable bed?

What we call a twin xl (extra long) is highlighted in green below. It's not a split king, in fact it's exactly half a split king and measures 38" x 80".

What is a double adjustable bed?

Sometimes people call the store and tell us they are looking for a double adjustable bed but what they really want is a split king. They are calling it a double because there are two beds, one for each partner which makes complete sense. A double is actually just one bed measuring 54" x 74"

What is a double xl adjustable bed?

People looking for true double sized bed will always have us recommend a double xl (extra long) if they have room for it in there bedroom. The extra five inches in length can make all the difference when you raise your head up to the maximum height. The reason the bed length matters is that your feet get pushed further and further towards the front of the bed as you raise your heads elevation.

What is a split queen adjustable bed and what size are the mattresses?

People often think that each half is a regualr twin size and hope they can use their existing twin size fitted sheet. You can't for a couple of reasons, twin size sheets are 39 inches wide and each half of a split queen is around 29-30 inches (fitted sheet width will be too loose) and a twin size is 74 inches long while each half of a split queen is 80 inches long (too tight or won't fit at all).

What is a split king adjustable bed and what size are the mattresses?

People often think that each half of a split king is a regualr twin size and hope they can use their existing twin size fitted sheet. You won't be able to because a twin size is 74 inches long while each half of a split king is 80 inches long fitted will be too tight or more likely won't fit at all).
