When you message us we try as hard as we can to answer the questions you need help with

Without being able to have a back and forth conversation it's not always possible to answer what you trully want to know. People use different words to describe the exact same need and sometimes they do so imperfectly because they are not in the business, not experts (why would they be when they buy a new bed once every ten years).
We try our best to email an answer and follow up with a phone call (when provided) if we don't receive a response (fairly often or responses go into spam files because our sending email is unknown to your provider).
We're open 355 days a year to offer answers, if you don't want further communication just let us know. If you do please let us know as well.
