If it was made by L&P the manufacturer of 99% of the adjustable beds we have supplied over the last decade we can probably help you. Just snap a photo of your existing remote and email it to info@nineclouds.ca.
 

If you can provide a serial number as well it will be helpful. You'll find it on your remote or on the under carriage of your adjustable bed
